This Privacy Policy explains how PAC Consulting (a brand of P.A.C Firms LLC, “PAC,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use this business-funding qualification page. It does not cover our main site at pacconsults.com, which has its own policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you complete the qualification questionnaire, we collect your first and last name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, along with your answers. Everyone is first asked what kind of funding they're looking for (buying a business, investing in real estate or another deal, or selling a business); the questions after that depend on which you choose. If you're buying or investing, we ask how much funding you need, your credit score range, your available liquid capital, your timeline, and whether you're a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. If you're selling, we ask the business's approximate annual revenue, whether it's profitable, where you stand with a buyer, your timeline to sell, and whether the business is U.S.-based.
Information collected automatically. We record the page you landed on, the referring page, the timestamp of your submission, and any UTM parameters or Google Click ID (gclid) present in your landing URL, so we can tell which ad or campaign brought you here. These are captured on your first page load and held in your browser's session storage (not a persistent cookie — it clears when you close the tab) so they survive the multi-step form.
Advertising cookies. If our Google Ads conversion tag is active, Google may set its own cookies to measure ad performance when you reach our thank-you page. That data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To determine whether we can realistically help connect you with funding, whether that's for a business acquisition or sale, a real estate investment, or another deal.
- To contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry and, if you qualify, to schedule your consultation.
- To measure which ads and campaigns are effective, using your attribution data in aggregate.
How we share your information
We share your submission with:
- GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship management platform, which receives your full submission so our team can follow up.
- Our booking calendar provider (embedded on the page you see after qualifying), if you schedule a consultation.
- Google Ads, for conversion tracking, once that tracking is active.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How long we keep your information
We retain submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, follow up on your inquiry, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing phill@pacconsults.com.
Children's privacy
This page is intended for adults seeking business funding and is not directed at, or knowingly collecting information from, anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date above.
